How much does a website cost in Dubai in 2026? A 999 AED launch-offer site live in 48 hours (list 2,500), honest 3k-10k and 10k+ tiers, and what agencies leave out.
A website in Dubai costs anywhere from 999 AED to well over 100,000 AED, depending on what it has to do. My own Starter Site is 999 AED for the first 50 businesses (list price 2,500 AED), live in 48 hours. Published agency price guides put small business sites at roughly 3,000 to 15,000 AED, and corporate or e-commerce builds at 15,000 to 80,000 AED or more.
I run ForgeApp, a one-person AI-native app agency in Dubai. I am going to answer the question the way I wish agencies would: start with a real price list, say what is not included, and then walk up the tiers honestly. All ForgeApp prices below come from our pricing page. Competitor ranges are linked to the pages they came from, and I checked them on 17 October 2026.
| Tier | Typical price (AED) | What you usually get | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| ForgeApp Starter Site | One-page site, signup form, WhatsApp links, basic SEO, analytics, live in 48 hours | ForgeApp pricing | |
| Basic or landing page | 1,500 to 7,000 | Template-based, a few sections | Element8, RedBerries |
| Small business site | 4,000 to 15,000 | CMS, 5 to 20 pages | Element8, RedBerries |
| Corporate or custom | 6,000 to 45,000 | Custom design, integrations | Element8, RedBerries |
| E-commerce | 10,000 to 80,000+ | Catalogue, checkout, inventory | Element8, RedBerries |
| Complex or enterprise | 40,000 to 200,000+ | Portals, large custom builds | Cubix |
Treat the competitor rows as marketing estimates. Element8 itself calls its figures "planning estimates, not fixed rates." They are useful for knowing whether a quote is in the right neighbourhood, not for predicting your invoice.
The spread between sources is itself the finding. Cubix puts a "basic website" at 3,000 to 15,000 AED, while Element8 puts it at 1,500 to 6,000 AED. Nobody agrees, because "a website" is not one product.
It is a one-page static website, delivered in 48 hours, on your domain. The launch offer is 999 AED for the first 50 businesses; after that the list price of 2,500 AED applies. Specifically:
That is the whole package. I built it for the person who needs to be findable and contactable this week, not next quarter. A new salon, a consultant, a founder who wants to collect interest before spending 18,000 AED (list 28,000) on a product.
This is where cheap offers usually get dishonest, so here it is plainly. The Starter Site does not include:
If you need online booking, a customer portal, or card payments, you are not buying a Starter Site. You are buying one of the larger packages, and I would rather tell you that on the first call than sell you 999 AED and upsell you into a mess.
There is also one honest limit on design. A one-page site means one page. If you need 15 pages of service descriptions with separate SEO targets, that is a different job with a different price.
This is the band where most Dubai small businesses land, and where agency pricing is genuinely fair if the scope is clear. Based on the ranges above, expect:
What should be written into the quote, but often is not: who owns the files, how many revision rounds, what happens if you want to move hosts, and whether Arabic is included or extra.
My view: for a clinic, salon or consultancy that mainly needs to be found on Google and get WhatsApp enquiries, this band is more than enough. Do not let anyone sell you a 40,000 AED site for a business whose entire funnel is "call or WhatsApp us."
Above 10,000 AED, you are paying for things a template cannot do:
Cubix lists moderate sites at 15,000 to 40,000 AED and complex ones at 40,000 to 120,000 AED. Those prices can be fair when the build is real. They are not fair when the output is a template with a logo swapped in.
If your needs go beyond a brochure site into logins, dashboards or payments, that is app territory, and I priced it separately in the fixed-price breakdown of app development costs in the UAE.
I have no stories to tell about specific agencies and I am not going to invent any. These are the line items I would ask about before signing any quote, anywhere:
Add Arabic early, not after launch. Right-to-left layouts change spacing, icons, forms and navigation, and retrofitting them costs more than designing for them.
At ForgeApp, the Arabic add-on (RTL layout plus Arabic translation) is a flat 5,000 AED on any package. Agencies tend to price it as a percentage uplift on the base quote, and the Kolonell estimate of about 25% fits that pattern.
Is it worth it? If your customers search in Arabic, yes. The search keywords for services in the UAE are different in Arabic, and a translated page that is not built for RTL reads as an afterthought. If your customers are mostly English-speaking expats and tourists, start with English and add Arabic when you have a reason.
A site that is never touched still has running costs. My annual prices:
| Item | Price (AED per year) |
|---|---|
| Custom domain (we register and manage) | 600 |
| Hosting (we host and maintain) | 2,000 |
| Ongoing support (updates, backups, support) | 3,600 |
You can host elsewhere. The code is yours. I charge for hosting because I would rather monitor it myself than get a phone call at 2am.
For ongoing development rather than upkeep, I offer a Growth Partner retainer at 5,000 AED a month. Most clients never need it for a simple site.
Use the job the site has to do, not the price, to decide:
Websites that fail, in my experience, fail because the owner bought the wrong category, not because the price was too low.
The Starter Site takes 48 hours. I have not found a reliable published timeline benchmark for Dubai agencies, so I will not quote one. What I can say from the build side is that most delay comes from waiting for content and approvals, not building. The fastest way to speed up any web project, mine or anyone else's, is to send your text, logo and photos on day one.
A simple one-page site costs 999 AED with ForgeApp for the first 50 businesses (list price 2,500 AED), live in 48 hours. Published agency guides put basic business sites at roughly 1,500 to 15,000 AED, corporate sites at 6,000 to 45,000 AED and e-commerce from 10,000 to 80,000 AED or more.
No user accounts or login, no custom features, no payment integration and no AI features. It is a one-page static site with a signup form, WhatsApp and contact links, basic SEO and analytics.
ForgeApp prices the Arabic add-on (right-to-left layout plus Arabic translation) at 5,000 AED on top of any package. Agencies usually price bilingual work as a percentage uplift on the base quote.
Domain, hosting and maintenance. ForgeApp's annual prices are 600 AED for a domain, 2,000 AED for hosting and 3,600 AED for ongoing support. Agencies commonly sell maintenance as a monthly retainer.
Not if the job is small. A one-page site that loads fast, shows your WhatsApp number and collects enquiries does the core work. It becomes a problem when you need bookings, logins or payments and the site cannot do them.
With ForgeApp, yes. You get full ownership of the source code, designs and assets on final payment. Ask any agency this question in writing before you pay a deposit.
