Build an MVP in Dubai in 7 to 10 days: 18,000 AED launch price (list 28,000). What the included Day-1 Blueprint covers, when not to build, and the 3-feature rule.
You can build an MVP in Dubai in 7 to 10 days for 18,000 AED at the launch price (list 28,000 AED), and every build starts with a Day-1 Blueprint, included in the price, that locks scope, estimate and risks before any code exists. Published agency guides put a basic app at about 25,000 to 120,000 AED and two to six months, so the question is rarely the price alone. It is whether you know what you are building.
I run ForgeApp, a one-person AI-native app agency in Dubai. This guide covers how the Day-1 Blueprint works, what happens on Day 1, when you should not build at all, how no-code, custom and ForgeApp compare, and the rule I enforce harder than any other: three features.
Here is the honest range, with sources.
| Route | Price (AED) | Timeline | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| ForgeApp 7-Day MVP | 7 to 10 days | ForgeApp pricing | |
| ForgeApp Validator (landing, auth, waitlist) | 3 days | ForgeApp pricing | |
| Freelancer, basic app | 25,000 to 45,000 | 3 to 6 months | Riseup Labs |
| Boutique agency, basic app | 45,000 to 90,000 | 3 to 6 months | Riseup Labs |
| Large agency, basic app | 70,000 to 120,000 | 3 to 6 months | Riseup Labs |

The Blueprint is not something you buy. It is included in every build, and it is the answer to the biggest risk in any app project: paying for code before anyone agreed what the code is.
On day one you get:
If you reject the Blueprint, you get your full deposit back. That is the guarantee, and it is the same one in the ForgeApp refund policy. The practical effect is that the risk of paying for the wrong thing is mine, not yours.
I put the Blueprint first because most failed software projects I hear about fail at scoping, not coding. It turns "I want an Uber for dog groomers" into a list of things that either exist or do not.
Day 1 is the Day-1 Blueprint session.
Nothing gets built until step 5. After that, timeline runs: Day 2 is the core (auth and database), Days 3 to 5 are the feature sprint, Day 6 is polish, and Day 7 is handover.
An MVP exists to test one thing: does the core loop work for real users. Three features forces you to define the loop.
The 3-feature rule, as I apply it:
Everything else goes on a list called "after we see people use it." The MVP also includes an admin panel with a user list, basic data views and a role check, so you can see what is happening. It does not include payment integration, AI features or a mobile app. Each of those can be added (Stripe is 2,500 AED, a mobile wrapper 8,000 AED, a basic AI feature 3,500 AED), but I want you to choose them on purpose, not by accident.
If three features is not enough because you are launching to paying customers, that is a different package: Launch Ready (65,000 AED launch price, list 75,000) has five locked features, Stripe checkout and a mobile app wrapper.
I would rather talk you out of a build than take your money for something that will not work. Do not build yet if:
If you are close to ready but want proof, the Validator (landing page, login and waitlist, delivered in 3 days, 6,000 AED launch price, list 12,000) or even the Starter Site (999 AED for the first 50 businesses, list 2,500) are cheaper ways to find out whether people care.
| No-code (Bubble, Glide and similar) | Traditional custom agency | ForgeApp 7-Day MVP | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical cost | Low monthly fee plus your time | 45,000 to 120,000+ AED for a basic app, per Riseup Labs | 18,000 AED fixed (list 28,000) |
| Time to first version | Days to weeks, if you build it yourself | 3 to 6 months, per Riseup Labs | 7 to 10 days |
| Who builds | You | Team | Me, with AI-augmented tooling |
| Code ownership | Platform-dependent | Contract-dependent | 100% yours on final payment |
| Custom logic | Limited by platform | Unlimited | Within your 3 core features |
| Risk | You get stuck on platform limits | Scope creep, delay | Scope frozen; 30% refund if I miss a date on unchanged scope |
| Best for | Simple internal tools, early experiments | Large, complex, long-term | Founders who want a real V1, fast |
I am not against no-code. If your workflow is a form and a list, use it. The trade-off arrives when you need your own data model, your own login logic, or an app you can hand to an engineer without migrating off a platform. My stack is Next.js, Tailwind, PostgreSQL with Prisma and an API we own. You can hand the repository to anyone.
For the 18,000 AED MVP (list 28,000):
Late delivery on unchanged scope returns 30% of the project cost. If you change the scope, the deadline is adjusted instead. That is fair, and it is also the reason I refuse mid-sprint scope changes.
Optional, and the code is yours. My annual prices are 2,000 AED for hosting, 600 AED for a domain and 3,600 AED for ongoing support. For continuing development, the Growth Partner retainer is 5,000 AED a month. Many founders return for V2 once the MVP has users.
ForgeApp's 7-Day MVP is 18,000 AED at the launch price (list 28,000 AED), fixed, delivered in 7 to 10 days. You pay 14,000 AED to start and 4,000 AED on delivery. Published agency guides put basic app builds at roughly 25,000 to 120,000 AED and 2 to 6 months.
It is included in every build, not sold separately. On day one you get your scope, an estimate and the risks, with your 3 core features defined and a one-page spec. You approve it before any code is written, and if you reject it you get your full deposit back.
The Day-1 Blueprint session. We lock in your scope, define your 3 core features, and create a one-page spec document. Within 24 hours of deposit, an AI scoring pass rates your requirements on completeness, clarity and feasibility and flags risks.
Because an MVP exists to test one core loop with real users. Three features forces you to choose the loop. More than that usually means you are building a V2 before learning anything from V1.
When you have not talked to a single potential customer, when a spreadsheet or WhatsApp group would test the idea, or when you cannot say in one sentence who pays and why.
Often yes for a very simple workflow. No-code gets awkward when you need custom logic, your own data model, or you want to own and move the code. Pick based on the next six months, not the next six days.
