Chapter OneThe Manifesto
“Every piece deserves to be considered, weighted, looked at. Most AI ships first drafts. PIECE ships finals.”
— PIECE Studio, May 2026
Most AI content tools optimise for throughput. PIECE optimises for the second look — the moment a reader decides whether a piece is worth their attention. Every output is composed, graded, and audience-fit before it leaves the studio.
We treat a brief like a commission. The model is the brush, not the artist. Typography, light, pace, and restraint are decisions, not defaults — and they’re made by a studio with taste.
The result is content that earns the page it sits on. Magazine-grade by default. Drafts kept private.

Chapter ThreeHow a Piece Is Made
Fig. 1 — layer panel for an editorial cover composition.
Composition is the work.
Every piece is built as a stack — subject, color grade, typography, watermark, paper. The model produces a candidate; the studio re-composes it. Layers can be re-weighted, swapped, or removed without re-generating the whole.
That’s how a brief becomes a final — not a single prompt, but a composition of decisions: which typeface earns the headline, how warm the grade should be, where the eye rests. Each decision is a layer that another studio can read.
We don’t hide the process. Every piece ships with the stack that made it — reviewable, editable, fork-able by the client.
— the AI is just a brush. The studio is the hand.

Chapter FourThe Prompt
Try it. Type a feeling, see what PIECE would compose.
// outputs are illustrative — PIECE’s real engine ships polished assets.
